B. Geiger Group began in 1997 when Principal Barbara Geiger first offered consulting for heritage garden and landscapes.

Barbara currently serves on the Easement Committee of the Landmarks Preservation Council of Illinois and the Burnham 2009 Committee, and is a member of the Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture and other professional organizations.
